2018 年租的 VPSRUS 的独服 要在 2020年11月 停止服务了,我正愁找不到价格合适的独服搬过去,刚巧看到tg某频道发布的独服打折信息。

对比 VPSRUS 来看,25$/mo 真的性价比很高了,但是不知道这个价格有没有坑。

购买的时候发现提供的操作系统中没有 Proxmox ,但是提供 Debian,于是准备发个 ticket 问下客服,是否可以帮忙安装 Proxmox,重装系统是否需要发 ticket。(因为之前在别家的2019年测评看到的,需要发 ticket 才能重装系统)

等了一天客服回复说,购买时列出的操作系统就是所有可以提供的了,不过可以在后台自助重装系统。

好在 Proxmox 也可以从 Debian 安装,不提供也无所谓了,主要是性价比已经挺高了。

准备去购买的时候,结果显示 Out of Stock (卖光了),但是同时显示 only 1 left,点进去仍然是 Out of Stock,就像是没有立即刷新库存显示一样,心里暗暗后悔,看来还是挺抢手的嘛。旁边有个到货通知,我填了自己邮箱,寻思可能还有希望吧。到了晚上,竟然补货了,于是赶紧入手了。

顺便一说,这种独服是 pre-config 的,不能增减 CPU/RAM/HDD.IP 是可以增加的,好处就是可以立即交付,不用像上次 VPSRUS 付款后要登上 2-3 天。(这个限制对我来说毫无影响,这个配置已经足够用了,我不会去增加配置或者增加 IP )

同是 SSD,这读写对比 VPSRUS 的就差远了,VPSRUS 的可能是 RAID 后的硬盘。

网络,到国内的延迟,比 VPSRUS 稍好。

因为 benchmark 脚本无法测试第二个硬盘,使用 hdparm 单独测试读写:

通过 hwinfo --disk 查看到,两个硬盘,一个是 SanDisk 的 SSD,一个是 ST 的 HDD。

后台自助重装,重装会发送邮件,重装大概花费 8-9 分钟,如果 SSD 读写再好点,可能会更快吧。。

这里测评就算结束了,但是我想记录一下,为什么这种独服写的/29 IPv4 Address Block,却只有 5 个 IP 可用,ORDER SUMMARY 也写的 /29 IP Block (8 Ips, 5 usable)/29 的 IPv4 应该是有 8 个 IP.

因为使用的时候我已经注意到了,比如 VPSRUS 给我的 IP 段:

Network Address :
Your ISP divides each client into seperate subnets. In this case the subnet has 8 ip addresses which means a 255.255.255.248 or /29 network mask. You need 1 ip address to define this network. Minus 1 ip address.

Broadcast Address :
Every subnet needs a broadcast address. This is the ip address used to broadcast to all ip’s in your subnet. Minus 1 ip address.

Default Gateway :
You need an ip address on your subnet that knows how to route traffic to destinations outside of your subnet. The default gaetway needs to be assigned an ip address in your subnet. Minus 1 ip address.

Total : 3 ip addresses

因为网络配置原因,占用了 3 个 IP:

  • 网络地址
  • 广播地址(可以使用ifconfig查看到,VPSRUS 给的是 199.xxx.xxx.127,这也是可以计算出来的)
  • 网关(199.xxx.xxx.65)

这里就有一个问题了, nocix 给的子网掩码是 255.255.255.248,对应 CIDR 是 29,没问题。VPSRUS 给的子网掩码是 255.255.255.192,对应的 CIDR 不是 29,而是 26 ,很有可能 VPSRUS 分了个大段,只是名义上 96-100 给我了,实际上这个 IP 段是 65-126,说不定我也可以手动配置 这其中不属于我的 IP?

是的,我找了个没占用的 IP,分给了 VM,curl ip.sb 后出来的就是那个 IP:
